Case Clarity Review

£249one-off

Everything in platform access — including the council-response and SEND reference libraries — plus an assigned case reviewer and a prioritised action plan.

  • 12 months of supported platform access — drafting tools, council-response and SEND reference libraries, and email support
  • An assigned case reviewer who checks your completed pack against a fixed checklist
  • Personalised reviewer comments and a prioritised action plan — your Reviewed Case Pack
  • 30 days of open email support with your assigned reviewer after delivery
  • 5 working days from ready for review

The libraries are preparation aids: they surface common LA wording and relevant statutory references so you can organise your case. They are not personalised legal advice, and you choose what to include.

Case Clarity Review combines the EHCP Clarity platform with an assigned case reviewer who checks your completed pack and sets out the next priorities. It is not legal advice, representation, or a substitute for a SEN solicitor or SENDIASS on complex or contested matters.

Why it matters

What an EHCP can change for your child

When everyday school support is not enough, vague promises do not help your child get through the day. An EHCP names what must be provided — and the platform makes getting there straightforward.

Provision that cannot quietly disappear

Section F must name specific support — hours, frequency, who delivers it. Not vague "as required" wording that leaves your child without help when staffing is tight.

The right placement for your child

Section I names where your child is educated. You can request a specialist school when mainstream is overwhelming them or not meeting need.

Needs recognised across education, health and care

An EHCP brings speech therapy, OT, mental health support and learning needs into one legally binding plan.

A local authority that must respond

Once issued, the local authority has a duty to secure Section F provision. You have appeal rights when they get it wrong.

Supported annual platform access — the platform builds your pack, guides the final checks, and includes email support when you need help.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between £99 and £249?
£99/year unlocks the full platform: drafting tools, the mapped council-response library, suggested SEND law references for your route, checks and email help for all your cases. £249 Case Clarity Review includes that platform access plus an assigned case reviewer to check one completed pack, return personalised comments and a prioritised action plan, then stay available by email for 30 days about that Reviewed Case Pack.
What's in the council-response and SEND law libraries?
The council-response library maps phrases local authorities and schools commonly use, with plain-English context and draft wording ideas for your pack. The SEND law library suggests relevant statute and Code of Practice references for your route. Both are optional preparation information — you review everything and decide what to include. Neither is legal advice.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. Suggested SEND references and council-response context are general preparation information to help you organise your case — not legal advice, representation, or tribunal advocacy. Consult IPSEA, SENDIASS, or a SEN solicitor when you need regulated advice.
How long does a Case Clarity Review take?
Standard reviews aim for 5 working days from ready for review once you submit your pack as ready for review. Draft packs on the platform can be ready the same day.
Can I pay Case Clarity Review in instalments?
Yes — three monthly payments of £83. Platform access and your review credit unlock after the first payment.
Can I work on more than one case with platform access?
Yes. £99/year covers every case you are working on for one year. A Case Clarity Review credit is for one case review; additional reviews can be purchased.
