After an annual review meeting, the LA must notify you within 4 weeks whether it proposes to continue, amend or cease (regulation 20). Where it proposes amendments, the final amended EHCP (or a decision not to amend) is due within 8 weeks of the proposed-amendments notice (regulation 22) — not 8 weeks from the meeting. Chase in writing as soon as those timescales are missed.
